I just hope they realize it was never anything personal. And if I attacked someone and made it seem personal, it was because they pushed a button in me and I didn't know any other way to express my feelings of insecurity.

The fact of the matter is the best lessons in my life have been learned from those who antagonized me or who I antagonized. It takes a big person to give the "abuse" and take it.

I'm not asking for forgiveness or friendship or anything. I just think I should let these people know their importance to me. I am more successful as a result of their lessons and I am grateful they were willing to partake in the teaching.
