I do it like this:

I stand in a 'tree-of-peace' stance, unfurl my arms with my palms facing up, and sing "LaNg lAnG" in an Indian voice.

Oh yeah, and I also do that black-girl neck-thing at the same exact time.

It reminds me not to try to explain everything.

Instead, it makes me and others laugh and get out of that loop of soul-gouging questions.
